Tire Tracks are great because at one time or another, you are going to get stuck in the snow. These fold taking up less room.

NOCO GB40 battery jumper. Small size with the minimum for most cars.

Kinetic Snatch Strap. Unlike a static tow rope, the snatch strap is made from elastic materials, allowing it to stretch and store kinetic energy. They allow the towing vehicle to get a running start of to gain momentum. These suggestions are based more on price than durability.
A static tow strap is a less expensive choice.
